Changes and returning policies

POLÍTICAS DE RETORNO /EXCHANGE POLICY
Por favor tenga en cuenta las siguientes políticas: / Please follow the next exchange policy:

  1. No devolvemos el dinero, solo hacemos cambios. / we do not refund money just exchange.
  2. Para efectos de cambios o garantías es obligatorio presentar la factura de compra original. / the original receipt is required for all exchanges, and manufacturer’s defects.
  3. Para hacer un cambio, la prenda debe estar en la misma condición que usted la recibió (con tiras, broches, accesorios), limpia y no debe estar usada. Además, la prenda debe traer la etiqueta y la bolsa original, cualquier faltante de estos elementos es motivo de no cambio. / To be eligible for a exchange, your garment must be unused, clean and the same condition that you received it (with straps, fastening and accessories). Also your garment must be with the original tags and original packaging.
  4. No se realizan cambios sobre productos ya cambiados. / Garments previously exchanged do not qualify for any type of future exchange.
  5. Los cambios se deben efectuar en el punto de venta donde se realizó la compra. The exchanges must be made in the store where you made the purchase.
  6. Para cambio de compras online el costo del retorno de la faja a la tienda y el costo de la nueva prenda es asumido por el comprador. / For online purchases, the buyer pay the cost of return and the cost for shipping back.
  7. Puede solicitar un cambio de prenda o notificar una garantía dentro de los 30 días calendario después de la compra. / You can request to exchange or manufacturer’s defects within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
  8. Si usted tiene alguna condición médica que le impidan el uso de la faja por favor consulte con su médico antes de obtenerla. / Ask a doctor before purchase a garment if you have any medical condition.

Product guarantee

Our garments are guaranteed for the following materials:

  • Staples
  • Close or zipper
  • Perforated fabric (defect in the weave of the cloth)

The lace or broken hook are not considerers pieces of the garment available to apply the guarantee, the client must be careful with these pieces to avoid any damage causes for use

Any claim relating to guarantee provided by the company is subject to evaluation by the Quality Control Department, Fajas MyD assumes no responsibility for repairs to products sustaining damages resulting from user modification, attachments to a product, misuse, abuse, alteration or neglect use of the product.

If it is determined that the damage of the garment is misuse, the company is exempt from warranty and any arrangement done to the garment to restore to factory condition again will be charged to the customer.

The company will have three business days to respond to the request made by the customer warranty.
